Reservations, deposits and payments
Upon acceptance of reservation, send a deposit amounting to 50% of the value of the reserved rooms for the selected period via:
Postal order;
Bank transfer;
In cash;
After selecting the payment that is convenient to you, we will provide the data necessary for the payment.
Arrival and check-in
The check-in time is from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. We need to be notified at least 30 minutes before the arrival on one of the contact phones below:

The check-in after 6 p.m. will be paid as a late check fee – BGN 10. If the suite, which you have chosen, is free and cleaned before 2 p.m. – it will be available for accommodation.
Provision of keys and check-in will not be possible in the time interval: 9 p.m. – 9 a.m.
During the remaining time intervals of the day the keys will be provided at the address of the suite, which you have chosen, or at the address of our office: 8Б, Vasil Levski Str., after a prior appointment on the contact phones.
Check-out
The suite is to be vacated until 12 a.m. on the day of departure. If you plan to leave later than 12 a.m., please, inform us in advance, so we can check whether it is possible to stay longer, but it could happen only if the next customers do not arrive earlier on the same day.
Please take care of the suites and the furniture by using them as intended.
